George Takei and Brad Altman
George Takei and Brad both seem high on love compared to the other power couples. Both these Trekkies are known by the audience for their epic performance and work on Star Trek as actor and writer. The duo never met before officially until they met when George approached Brad to help him prepare for the marathon.
Mustering up the courage after 18 years, Takei declared to the public his gay status. After three years, the duo tied the knot and created history by applying for the marriage license in the West Hollywood area after becoming the first same-gender couple. Both inspire other couples like them.
