Jack also listed his two-home property in Malibu at a price of $4.25 million. This private retreat had the main house along with a caretaker’s house and was built in 1966. It had three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a gorgeous ocean view. It also had a swimming pool and a lighted tennis court.

Mel Gibson – ~$29 Million, Costa Rica

Mel Gibson recently listed his Malibu estate for $14.5 million. Apart from that, he owns multiple luxury properties. However, one of his gorgeous hideaways has made it to this list. The 500-acre property in Costa Rica includes three houses, a stunning beachfront, and acres of jungle.

The estimated price of the Playa Barrigona (as it is called) is around $29 million. The main home has 7-bedrooms and 8-bathrooms and features stone carvings and balconies, giving a view of the courtyard. In addition, the other two houses are just as stunning as this one with their own private pools.
