Jenna Jameson – 85 Pounds, Healthier Body and Lifestyle
Television personality Jenna Jameson went on an intense weight loss journey that was both inspiring and transformative. After her third child, she decided to snap back to a slim and healthy body by losing some inches. Trying the Keto Diet and staying in a positive mental state helped the actress lose the stubborn 85 pounds.
Documenting the entire journey on social media, Jenna showed us the good as well as the bad. Many women praised her for highlighting the harsh realities of weight loss. Taking over a year and a half, the star surpassed her fitness goals and feels much better now with her newfound happiness.
