Als Kind erhielt sie eine Ausbildung in Gesang und klassischem Tanz und ritt auf Pferden. Im Jahr 2000 hörte sie mit der Erotikbranche auf. Man sieht ihr das Alter erstaunlicherweise kaum an. Caponegro sieht noch immer wunderschön aus.
