Man kann Nadia Comaneci, die erfolgreichste Turnerin aller Zeiten, kaum wiedererkennen. Die frühere Olympiasiegerin aus Rumänien, die nun in den USA lebt, ist zu einer ausdrucksstarken Frau geworden. Sie war die bekannteste Turnerin ihrer Zeit. Nadia Comaneci war erst 14 Jahre alt und kam aus dem Ceausescu-Regime. Seit ihrer späten Ostblock-Flucht wurde aus dem Teenager hinter dem Eisernen Vorhang längst eine erfolgreiche Geschäftsfrau. Auf den Roten Teppichen ist Nadia mit Glanz und Glamour landesweit präsent – zu fast allem und über nahezu jeden ist die Meinung der berühmtesten Kunstturnerin der Geschichte gefragt.
