Am Bekanntesten ist Arabella Kiesbauer vor allem wegen ihrer nachmittäglichen, namensgleichen Talkshow, die sie von 1994 bis 2004 moderierte. Sie erhielt gleich mehrere Fernsehpreise, darunter den Bayerischen Fernsehpreis in der Kategorie “Bester Talk-Newcomer 1994” und 1996 den Medienpreis Das Goldene Kabel. Sie posierte im Playboy des Jahres 1995 auf dem Titelblatt. Zudem war Kiesbauer als Fotomodell und Fashion-Botschafterin für das Schuhhaus Vögele Schuhe im Einsatz.
Sie moderierte den Wiener Opernball gleich fünf Mal. Er zählt zu den absoluten Glanzlichtern der Ballsaison in Wien. Der Ball wird live im ORF und im Bayerischen Rundfunk ausgestrahlt. Als Moderatorin war sie bereits zweimal präsent.
