Im Großen und Ganzen ist die gebürtige Berlinerin Christina Plate rundum glücklich und zufrieden. Einerseits mit ihrem Aussehen, aber auch mit ihrem Leben. Mit Moderator Oliver Geissen ist sie seit 2009 verheiratet. Das Paar hat einen Sohn und aus der Ehe mit Kostümbildner Klaus Bergmann eine Tochter. Die bereits 56-Jährige ist auch weiterhin noch gut in Form und kann sich sehen lassen. Sie achtet auf eine gesunde und ausgewogene Ernährung, nimmt alles mit sehr viel Humor, und das ist es wahrscheinlich auch, was sie so elegant altern lässt.
