Zijn eerste huis liet de Nederlandse Surinaamse ex-profvoetballer in 2008 voor 3 miljoen pond over de toonbank gaan om vervolgens zijn volgende huis in Noord-Londen te bemachtigen. De locatie van dit nieuwe pareltje houdt Davids onder de radar samen met de rest van zijn privéleven die in het verleden in verschillende tabloids werd ontleed door een reeks aan op de klippen gelopen relaties.
Wat we wel nog kunnen meegeven dat Davids al twee keer vader is geworden samen met zijn vriendin sinds 2018, die trouwens 18 jaar jonger is dan Edgar.
