Verbazingwekkende netto vermogens van sterren met adembenemende huizen
JAN SMIT – $ 12 MILJOEN
Het terrein van de villa van zijn dromen kostte in 2006 600.000 euro, de woning ontwierp Jan zelf waarmee al zijn fantasieën werkelijkheid werden. Op loopafstand van de haven en natuurlijk de restaurants bevindt zich deze villa in Volendam.
Dit is echter lang niet het enige landhuis dat Jan Smit in Volendam heeft. Uiteraard zijn die wel verpacht, zodat hij elke maand een leuk zakcentje overhoudt op de dagen dat hij niet zingt.
Smit is een relatie met Liza Plat, de twee trouwden op 11 november 2011 op het eiland Sint Maarten. Smit en Plat hebben twee kinderen, een dochter en een zoon.
