Kelly Clarkson, diva et jury de ‘The Voice’, a toujours défendu l’acceptance de son corps face aux moqueries vis-à-vis de son poids. Toutefois, après avoir appris qu’elle souffrait d’une maladie auto-immune et de problèmes de thyroïde, elle a décidé qu’il était temps de se débarrasser de ce surpoids pour de bon.
De nombreuses rumeurs affirmaient que la star avait utilisé un régime miracle ou des pilules amincissantes, mais elle a révélé sur Twitter qu’elle avait simplement modifié ses habitudes alimentaires à l’aide d’un livre, ‘Les Dangers cachés de l’alimentation saine’ par Steven R. Gundry. Depuis qu’elle a perdu 17 kilos, Kelly a arrêté ses traitements et se sent en meilleure santé.
