Muriel Robin – 10 kilos, nouveau mode de vie pendant le confinement
On ne présente plus Muriel Robin, l’une des humoristes préférées des Français. L’année dernière, pendant le confinement, l’humoriste de 65 ans a perdu 10 kilos ! Son secret ? Reprise du sport et alimentation équilibrée, elle explique: “J’en ai profité pour renouer avec la marche et le tennis. Je fais des soupes extraordinaires avec des légumes non pas cuits à l’eau mais au four.” Muriel veut maintenant partager ses conseils : “Je devrais écrire un livre pour les gens seuls qui, comme moi dans ma jeunesse, ont peur de se mettre en cuisine. Voilà ce que je vais faire : ne pas reprendre de poids, continuer à courir et écrire un livre de cuisine !”
