Louane Emera – 11 kilos, confiance en soi
Louane Emera a parcouru un long chemin depuis son apparition dans The Voice. Après des débuts fracassants sur le grand écran dans la ‘Famille Bélier’, elle est aujourd’hui une star reconnue. Un tel succès attire les regards, notamment sur son physique. En manque de confiance, elle décide en 2015 de perdre ses kilos en trop.
Elle reprend le contrôle en pratiquant la boxe et en adaptant son alimentation. Elle perd 11 kilos et commence à apprécier son corps, ‘ni grosse ni mince’ comme elle l’explique. Mais, c’est un travail de fond, comme elle l’affirme : ‘la transformation n’est pas terminée !’
