Kelly Clarkson, diva and jury of ‘The Voice’, has always defended the acceptance of her body in the face of ridicule about her weight. However, after learning that she suffered from an autoimmune disease and thyroid problems, she decided it was time to shed the excess weight for good.
Many rumors claimed the star had used a fad diet or slimming pills, but she revealed on Twitter that she had simply changed her eating habits with the help of a book, ‘The Hidden Dangers of Healthy Eating ‘ by Steven R. Gundry. Since losing 17 kilos, Kelly has stopped her treatments and feels healthier.
