Khloe Kardashian – 27 kilos, nouveau mode de vie
La plus jeune des sœurs Kardashian, Khloe, n’a jamais particulièrement prêté attention à son poids et son corps. Elle a toujours été ronde et n’a jamais réalisée qu’elle devait changer son mode de vie. Toutefois, la vie personnelle de Khloe a pris une tournure dramatique lorsque son petit-ami, Tristan Thompson, l’a trompée alors qu’elle était enceinte.
Cet épisode l’a poussée à modifier son mode de vie. Après la naissance de sa fille, True, Khloe a tout fait pour retrouver la forme et a perdu 27 kilos. Elle s’est mise au sport tout en adoptant un régime alimentaire sain. Même pendant l’épidémie, Khloe s’est efforcée de maintenir son poids.
