Ces dernières années, Simon Cowell a décidé de perdre du poids pour retrouver un mode de vie plus sain. Il a perdu près de 27 kilos, et ça se voit ! Il n’a fait que peu de changements pour atteindre son objectif, comme supprimer le sucre et réduire sa consommation de viande.
Au-delà de ça, Cowell affirme qu’il mange de la viande blanche, accompagnée de légumes et de quelques bières. Selon lui, suivre un régime n’est pas facile. Vous devez faire des choix pour vous assurer que votre nourriture a du gout et, surtout, saine !
