Kendji Girac, le chanteur de ‘Color Gitano’, a impressionné tous ses fans en révélant, sur les réseaux sociaux, son nouveau corps. Comme tous les français, Kendji a dû s’occuper pendant le confinement. Au lieu de grignoter, il a choisi d’utiliser ce temps pour sculpter son corps.
En 2019, après une année à enchaîner les concerts, Kendji Girac s’était laissé aller, multipliant les excès. Profitant de cette situation extraordinaire, il a mis les mauvaises habitudes de côté, remplaçant les grillades et la bière par du gainage et des burpees. Et, quel résultat !
