Ed Sheeran – 23 kilos, problèmes de confiance en soi
Le chanteur de Perfect, Ed Sheeran, n’a pas toujours été en excellente forme physique. Après avoir été moqué pour son apparence et son poids, Sheeran a révélé qu’il avait perdu plus de 23 kilos.
Le chanteur récompense aux Grammy affirme que tous les commentaires négatifs à propos de son apparence l’ont poussé à vouloir perdre du poids.
Il révèle avoir pris du poids sur ses tournées, étant donné qu’il mangeait trop et ne faisait rien pour garder la forme. Son programme actuel consiste à courir 40 – 50 minutes le matin, suivi d’une séance de natation ou d’abdos.
