Guy Carlier – 125 kilos, combat contre la boulimie
Le chroniqueur télé et radio, Guy Carlier, pesait encore 250 kilos il y a quelques années. Il explique, dans un livre coécrit avec le nutritionniste Jean-Michel Cohen, ‘Moins 125 – Amour Monstre’, l’origine de ce surpoids : la boulimie. Il décrit cette maladie comme uen addiction, mais contrairement au tabac, on ne peut pas simplement arrêter de manger comme on arrêterait de fumer !
Pour vaincre cette maladie, il a intégré une clinique des addictions, dans laquelle il est resté neuf mois. Guy a ainsi perdu 125 kilos et a laissé ses démons dans le passé. Aujourd’hui, à 71 ans, il affirme ne s’être jamais senti aussi heureux !
