Uma Thurman & Stunt Double Zoe Bell – Kill Bill
A significant highlight in Uma Thurman’s acting career was her superb performance as the lead in the film Kill Bill. She did a lot of combat scenes, but she wasn’t always the one holding the sword. She had a stunt double named Zoe Bell.
Thurman wasn’t the first big actress Bell had doubled for because she also stood in for Lucy Lawless in the series Xena: Warrior Princess and Cate Blanchett in Thor: Ragnarok. Director Quentin Tarantino often gave Bell acting roles as well, and she’s best known for portraying herself in Death Proof. She was Tarantino’s stunt coordinator for his film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
