Jack Nicholson – $4.25 Million, Malibu
Jack Nicholson owns a number of properties and has always made expensive choices. One of the most random investments of Nicholson is a vacant 39,997 square feet property. He bought it for $5,000,000 in 2005 from Marlon Brando’s estate.
Jack also listed his two-home property in Malibu at a price of $4.25 million. This private retreat had the main house along with a caretaker’s house and was built in 1966. It had three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a gorgeous ocean view. It also had a swimming pool and a lighted tennis court.
