Jurgen Norbert Klopp is a former professional German football player and currently the Premier League club Liverpool football manager. Klopp was initially trained as a striker but later was moved to defense. He dedicated most of his playing career to Mainz 05. On the marriage front, Jurgen has tied the knot twice.

He was first married to Sabine, and they have a son together, Marc. Marc is also a football player; he has played for many German clubs like FSV Frankfurt under-19s, SV Darmstadt 98, KVS Klein-Karben, etc. Klopp later went on to marry social worker and children’s author Ulla Sandrock in December 2005.
