Ann-Margaret rozpoczęła swoją karierę w latach 60-tych, jest szwedzką aktorką i piosenkarką. I pozostaje aktywna zawodowo do dziś. Występuje gościnnie w takich serialach jak: Happy! czy The Kominsky Method!

Gdy była nastolatką zaczęła podejmować się drobnych prac aktorskich w programach telewizyjnych. Debiut na dużym ekranie miała w filmie Pocketful of Miracles.
