Diana Ross and Ex-Husband Arne Naess Jr. Bought a Tahitian Island
The music legend Diana Ross and her husband Arne Naess Jr., a wealthy businessman, were the most unlikely couple. The power couple had plenty of money to purchase their private island, and it was Tahitian island that was imprinted in their minds. The actual cost of the purchase remained undisclosed. However, this island was their favorite spot as they spent their honeymoon on a similar and close-by island.
In 2000, the couple split, and after four years of separation, Arne passed away in an accident. His passing shocked Ross despite their rocky past. Afterward, the island was put up for sale.
