Nicolas Cage – Leaf Cay In The Bahamas, $7 Million
Nicholas Cage is known to keep his fans engaged and introspecting about what he is up to. Therefore, back in 2006, when he purchased the Leaf Cay island in the Bahamas, it wasn’t that shocking. The movie star spent a cool $3 million on the island and bought it completely undeveloped.
Besides, a couple of the neighboring islands are also owned by fellow Hollywood Stars. The island is an oasis and the perfect retreat for someone in need of solitude and relaxation. However, about two years later, Cage put the island up for sale for the asking price of 7 million dollars.
