Bekannt durch ihre spitze Zunge hat die Schauspielerin Désirée Nick es in ihrem Privatleben jedoch viel ruhiger und entspannter als man erwarten würde. Nachdem sie aus Berlin vor vielen jahren weggezogen ist, hat sie sich in Falkensee (Havelland) einen Traum in Erfüllung gehen lassen. Sie hat eines der früheren Jagdhäuser von 1890 der Hohenzollern-Könige zu ihrer privaten Residenz gemacht.
450 Quadratmeter stehen der bereits 69-Jährigen zum Wohnen zur Verfügung. Stilvoll eingerichtet hat die Kabarettistin dieses Haus zu einem Platz des persönlichen Rückzugs gemacht. Man habe ein Anrecht auf Désirée, aber privat wolle sie ihre Ruhe, so Nick.
