Philipp Lahm – Tegernsee, 5.2 million euros
Although the Tegernsee is actually a retreat for the older generations of the German moneyed nobility, Philipp Lahm probably also found joy in this area. Tegernsee stands for calm and restraint. It is therefore all the more surprising that FC Bayern captain Philipp Lahm bought a house there in 2012. With only 300 meters to the water and 150 meters to the golf course, there is no better location for a house like this. Of course, the fans get something like that immediately. And even if things are quieter now, real Bayern fans still show up there from time to time.
