Jack listete auch sein Zweifamilienhaus in Malibu zu einem Preis von 4,25 Millionen Dollar auf. Dieses private Refugium bestand aus dem Haupthaus und einem Hausmeisterhaus und wurde 1966 erbaut. Es hatte drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer und einen herrlichen Blick auf den Ozean. Es verfügte auch über einen Swimmingpool und einen beleuchteten Tennisplatz.
