Die zweistöckige Residenz nimmt 3.500 Quadratmeter ein und liegt ruhig auf einem Morgen Land. Es ist bekannt, dass das Herrenhaus in den 1940er Jahren errichtet wurde. Der Wohnraum ist mit Glasschiebern ausgestattet. Das Esszimmer hat eine angeschlossene Waschküche und ist zu einer Inselküche hin offen. Sein Balkon liegt direkt vor der Mastersuite mit Blick auf das Hollywood-Wahrzeichen.
