Auf über 2.300 Quadratfuß verfügt das Haus über drei Schlafzimmer, drei Badezimmer und ein Büro. Die Küche ist im Galerie-Stil mit Edelstahlgeräten und einem zierlichen Essbereich gebaut. Der Wohnraum verfügt über einen Kamin und ein Erkerfenster. Die Mastersuite verfügt auch über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank.
