GLORIA HENDRY – AGE 73
The head-to-toe groovy, Gloria, was born in Florida and was raised in Newark, New Jersey. She began her career by being an assistant to the legal secretary at the NAACP’s New York office. Around this period, she also became a supermodel and performed as a “Bunny” at the Playboy Club.
As a result of this experience, she was featured in her debut film, For Love of Ivy (1968). In the 1970s, Hendry was a famous star of action films such as Black Caesar (1973) and Black Belt Jones (1974). She also finished her debut CD and produced The Paul Robeson Story.
