Suzanne Ircha Johnson is a former actress and equities managing director at Sandler O’Neill & Partners. She is also the wife of an American businessman serving as the United States Ambassador to the United Kingdom – Woody Johnson. He is the billionaire heir to the Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical fortune.

Woody Johnson met Suzanne Ircha at a Michael Milken conference in Beverly Hills in 2004. Despite a 20-year age difference between Johnson and Suzanne, he called her two days after meeting her. They went on their first date to a SoHo restaurant. After five years of dating, the couple got married in 2009. They are parents to two sons.
