Come da normale procedura, il dottor Dumphy, uso’ un paio di forbici per accorciare il pelo di Kaiden in corrispondenza delle zone piu’ irritate. Ne dovette ispezionare quattro prima di essere certo di quello che stava vedendo. Le ferite sulla pelle di Kayden non erano morsi, erano dei piccoli buchi procurati da corpi estranei penetrati sotto la sua pelle.
Non si trattava quindi di un’ infestazione di zecche, formiche, ecc.. si trovavano davanti ad un vero e proprio caso di violenza verso un animale.
Hayden non ci poteva credere, era semplicemente distrutta.
