Soprannominato “Il prescelto” già da quando aveva 15 anni, ha fatto il suo esordio nel campionato professionistico americano nel 2003 e da allora ha vinto praticamente di tutto, guadagnando tantissimi soldi. La casa che ha comprato ad Akron in Ohio, sua città natale, l’ha pagata 9,2 milioni di dollari e misura 30 mila piedi quadrati.
