It fits for the father of Star Wars to live in a 4700-acre property, and if the name is ‘Skywalker Ranch,’ it’s a proof that George’s passion for space-opera runs deeper than we thought.
A filmmaker needs solitude and silence to come up with the epic intergalactic war scenes, so he was lucky to get his hands on this vast land. While residing at the ranch since the 1970s, Lucas has also invested extra money on the surrounding properties but never developed more than 15 acres of living area. We wonder what could be his plans for the rest of the empty land!
