The deal was closed, and Roberts bought the luxury condo for $2.575 million in Trump Heritage at the Upper West Side. The stunning building features a health club, a courtyard, and a pool. For children, there is a separate playroom. Ms. Robin’s apartment includes high-end appliances, features two bedrooms and a terrace.

 Adam Sandler – $12 Million, Los Angeles

If Adam Sandler wasn’t discovered at a comedy club, he wouldn’t get the chance to make inroads in Hollywood. Now, after years of hard work, the actor’s films gross in over $2 billion at the box office. That’s huge, huh?

All that hard-earned money had to go somewhere, so Adam bought this posh property back in 2014 from a celebrity couple. Giving it a real makeover to suit his exquisite style, he turned the house into a mansion of sorts. Forests surround the estate for privacy, and incredibly beautiful Hawaiian fountains dot the compound. You could easily mistake it for a king’s castle given its magnitude and splendor!

Howie Mandel is a well-known host and comedian. Apart from that, he is also a judge on America’s Got Talent. Mandel has several properties in Southern California. However, the one that stands out is this $2.6 million ranch-style mansion.
