The name is not the only thing Hispanic about the legend’s house. He also had the whole place designed in a Spanish farmhouse style with canopied oak trees and a fountain. His dream was to build modest-sized houses on unaltered land to protect the wildlife of the region. Even with six bathrooms and seven bedrooms, the celebrity’s residence is anything but flashy.

Tyler Perry is the man Forbes listed in 2011 as the highest-paid entertainer. Many of his stage plays have been adapted into films later. The actor has appeared in Star Trek, Gone Girl, Those Who Wish Me Dead, and many more.

Jennifer Aniston – $20.7 Million, California
