The Grammy winner Adele is recently in the news for her exceptional weight loss. But this isn’t the only thing she has been in the news since the start of her career. She has known for her exceptional taste in real estate and has been roping up several properties.

Up until 2018, Adele owned the Lock House in West Sussex, which was listed for $8.9 million after her divorce from Simon Konecki. She rented the house for two years (2011-2012) and soon decided to dive into the purchase. It features a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a helicopter pad.

 

Kathie Lee Gifford – ~$3.7 Million, Nashville

Kathie Lee Gifford recently moved from Connecticut to a new house in Nashville. The 66-year old television presenter, singer, and songwriter Moved to Nashville for a fresh start and it seemed like a perfect spot since it is known for its thriving music culture and gave her the motive to connect with passionate artists.

The 7,965 square foot brownstone house costs around $3.7 million and is located in Franklin. It is one of the wealthiest suburbs of Nashville, where several celebrities live. Kathie spends most of her time in her luxurious house, collaborating with different songwriters.

 

Jennifer Lopez – $32.5 Million, Miami

One of the most admired actresses in the entertainment industry of all time, Jennifer Lopez is a singer, dancer, and businesswoman. However, what many people don’t know is that she is a pro when it comes to real estate. The star has bought and sold several multi-million properties. Some of her current estates are located in hop spots like Bel Air, Hamptons, and Miami.

Despite all that, JLo put down some serious cash on a $32.5 million waterfront mansion in Miami. The behemoth sits on a 14,762 square foot area. It is a ten-bedroom and ten-bathroom villa, including an industrial chef’s kitchen, wine room, and library.

One of her favorite structures, however, is the pergola she built to spend more time interacting with her family.

The American actress, singer, and record producer Diana Ross purchased a real estate property in Greenwich in 2006. The 11-bedroom and the eight-bathroom property is tucked beautifully in a green estate with a waterfront. Well, the Supreme Diva sure lives a grand life.

The living room is an example of fine work with its 18th-century paneling. From the basement to the third floor, you will find a spiral staircase with Rembrandts adorning the walls. The mansion also has a pool, two carriage houses, and a tennis court!

Hayden Panettiere’s on-screen character, Juliette Barnes, from the musical drama series Nashville would be right at home in the star’s real-life residence! The rustic home is filled to the brim with simple, understated elegance, and even contains a music room where the actress stores all of her guitars.

There’s a large but cozy living room inside, which Hayden chose to fill with childhood memorabilia, as well as several large bookcases. The house is rightfully an example of Parton’s country love. With around ten structures, a chapel, a tennis court, and a swimming pool, this property has a whole lot of other space, which makes it look like a huge farm. The multi-talented American singer also lived in a house built in 2.4 acres in Glencliff Nashville before moving to the Brentwood property.
