Anthony Deane Rapp, the 51-year-old American actor and singer who rose to fame from the role of Mark Cohen in Rent has now become an international star. Recently, Rapp and Ken Ithiphol, his partner of many years and now fiancé, have upped their residential game.

The duo has shelled out $3.573 million for a 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo in a full-service luxury building in the southwest quadrant of East Village, NY. The 1500 sq. ft apartment boasts stunning city views and top-of-the-line finishes with oak floorboards. With this purchase, Rapp and Ithiphol have joined the ranks of other famous celebrities who have chosen to call the bohemian East Village their home.
