The gorgeous singer-songwriter decided to lose those pounds not just to look good but to feel great as well. Latifah’s intentions were wholesome, and all that hard work was worth it.  We want to see or rather hear more of her incredible voice, and we certainly hope she’ll continue to entertain us for years to come.

Dawn French, the British TV host/comedian, has been through a hectic route on the road to achieving her target weight before her hysterectomy. To make the recovery process more manageable, doctors advised her to shed some load beforehand.

Dawn claims it was a ”practical” decision, and we could not agree more! Now, the most important part, how did the actress manage to lose such a massive heft within a timeline? She stuck to eating a ”joyless” low-calorie diet plus miles and miles of walking. The basics often provide the best results!

Mo’Nique has always taken pride in her size, and she utilized her larger frame to pave her path to Hollywood fame. Nevertheless, despite the fact she embraced her figure, it was beginning to cause problems with her family as well as her health.

In 2015, the actress showed a new side of herself to the world and declared her motivations to lose weight and focus on her family. Mo’Nique relied on a clean, balanced diet and a workout regime with the help of a trainer. So far, she’s dropped 90 pounds and isn’t far from hitting her 115-pound goal!
