Letitia Dean is a star of the most famous show, EastEnders. However, even being a star of a well-known show, she had to battle with horrible body-shaming when Dean first stepped into the industry. In the times of social media, Dean also struggled with negative comments on her body.
But Letitia, being the strong woman, decided to opt for surgery. However, she did lose some weight before the surgery by giving up all the junk foods and doing 55 minutes of exercise every day. Even though she had surgery, Dean was consistent about her exercise routine and continued her fitness regime as a routine of her life.
