Ed Sheeran – 50 Pound, Body Image Issues
The Perfect singer, Ed Sheeran, has not always been this fit as we see him today. After being trolled for his appearance and weight, Sheeran revealed that he lost more than 50 pounds.
The Grammy winner said that reading all the negative stuff about his appearance put him in a pressure to look like his peers.
He reveals that he gained weight while touring since he kept eating too much and did nothing to get in shape. His fitness regimen now consists of a 40-50 minute run in the morning, which is followed by a swim or sit-ups.
