Soleil Moon Frye – 40 Pound, Lifestyle Change

Soleil Moon Frye’s weight loss journey has been full of rollercoasters. The actresses, director, and screenwriter is a mother to four kids. However, after giving birth to her fourth baby in 2016, Frye released the importance of bouncing back in shape, which was particularly hard for her.
Frye lost around 40 pounds by working out regularly with her personal trainer, who also happens to be her friend, Teddy Bass. Other than working out, she also incorporated different outdoor activities in their fitness regime like bike riding, paddle boarding, beach walks, and volleyball. She works out for 4-5 days a week and keeps switching up the activities.
