American singer, Carnie Wilson has battled weight gain time and again. She is said to have had body image issues (well, we all do some or the other time!), which motivated her to go through a transformation.
Carnie lost a massive 150 pounds when she had Lap-Band surgery done twelve years back. However, after having children (most of us can relate to how draining parenthood can be), she gained slightly. Recently, the singing sensation had the same procedure, shedding 30 pounds this time. The star claims she feels content with her decision to eat healthy food and follow a workout routine post-operation.
