Chrissy Metz – 50 Pounds, For Better Health
Metz has been vocal on her weight issues for quite a while now. She even has a memoir out detailing her life experiences growing up and how she dealt with everything that came her way. Being the love and light for fellow humans, she encourages those struggling with excess weight. Progress, not perfection, is her mantra, and we couldn’t agree more.
Partly motivated by her contract with the show she stars in – Metz lost a few inches here and there, and one thing is for sure, her efforts are paying off! She looks terrific without those few extra pounds, doesn’t she?
