Kirsten Vangsness – 50 Pounds, Spiritual Reasons
Kirsten Vangsness had always been chubby, even as a kid. We’ve all been there, at least most of us, wondering how to shed some extra pounds. For Kirsten, it was the phase of a spiritual transition when she opted to “cleanse” herself and cut calories.
Now, the million-dollar question, how did she lose 50 pounds? Here’s the answer – the star became vegan, meaning no meat, no dairy. All hail organic food because that was a great trick, clean-eating! Along with some regular exercise added, the celebrity came down to 150lbs from 200lbs. Apparently, a strong will is all that it takes!
