Gabourey Sidibe – 150 Pounds, To Battle Depression and Anxiety
Gabourey Sidibe has impressively transformed her appearance since she starred in the 2009 movie Precious. The actress dropped an incredible 150 pounds, bringing her weight down from over 320 pounds, and is now wearing a size 8! She reportedly lost the weight after having Laparoscopic Bariatric Surgery.
As it turns out, Gabourey’s inspirational weight loss has had more than just a physical effect on her looks. Since shedding the pounds, she has seen huge improvements in her battle with depression, anxiety, and bulimia, as well as type two diabetes.
