Drew Barrymore, 25 Pound – Lifestyle Change

Drew Barrymore struggled to lose weight for many years. However, even after being in a toxic relationship with her weighing scale, the actress emerged as an inspiration for women all around the world. Barrymore, the CEO of Flower Beauty, made an astounding comeback and lost around 25 pounds.

It was only possible when Barrymore consulted Marnie Alton, her personal trainer. The actress shared an emotional post on Instagram, where she revealed how Alton has helped her heal and get back in shape. The mother of two daughters now makes sure to never miss her daily workouts.
