Many celebs lost pounds during intense practice sessions for the show Dancing With the Stars. Kelly Osborne is one of them. But the unintentionally lost pounds came back pretty quickly after the show, for her self professed reason for being an emotional eater.
But, when her husband suggested adding high protein and low carb foods like turkey burgers and salads, she realized that diet and workouts are effective. But she gradually switched to a plant-based diet, and even works with a trainer. Her consistent healthy habits reflect her great shape ever since she lost 70 pounds.
