Vocal powerhouse and judge of ‘The Voice’ Kelly Clarkson has always promoted body positivity in the face of body-shaming comments about her weight. However, since the singer was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and an issue with her thyroid, she decided it was time to kick the weight for good.

There were many rumors abound that the star had used fad diets or taken diet pills to drop the weight, but she revealed on Twitter that she had simply changed her diet with the help of a book – ‘The Plant Paradox’ by Steven R. Gundry, M.D. Since losing 37 pounds, Kelly is off her medicine and feeling much healthier.

Actor and Producer Jonah Hill had it rough with weight issues for the longest time, especially in his teen years. In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, he opened up on how criticism on his body made him feel vulnerable until he resolved to change a few things.

When he got the role in 2016’s War Dogs, he had to pack up some weight, and Jonah says that exercise helped lose some of it. With the help of her trainer, Jono Castano Acero, the ‘Cats’ star has been in the gym six or seven days a week, and has so far shed around 30 pounds. On top of her high-cardio workouts, she has cut out sugar and junk food, and the sacrifices are sure paying off!
