Jordin Sparks – 50 Pound, Illness
Jordin Sparks rose to fame in 2007 when she became the youngest American Idol winner at the age of 17. Sparks has always been very comfortable in her plus-sized shape and loves to eat. However, the singer, songwriter, and actress got sick in 2010, which pushed her to get healthy. It led to a drastic transformation, and she lost around 50 pounds.
Sparks revealed that she has become more attentive when it comes to her eating habits and prefers listening to her body. To lose weight, cutting back on food wasn’t the only solution; therefore, Sparks infused Zumba, running, and boxing in her fitness routine.
